Our equipment is adapted to the needs of each specific container in accordance with predetermined measurements. Adaptable forks can be fitted out so that they can handle several different container types.

 

GRANULATOR MILLS

Equipment for grinding and granulating

Hevac has a wide range of granulator mills at their disposal for granulating plastics or woods. Our large variety of machines are customised and adapted to each client’s needs.
Granulators are a good accessory for the refinement and treatment of pre-triturated materials.
Optimal granulation is obtained by employing equipment that operates under special conditions, such as product input without foreign bodies and the possibility of inputting homogeneous material or, in other words, dimensions of material input size that are very similar according to needs.
                     
Granulator mills grind materials uniformly and consistently.
Differences between granulation and pulverisation are many. One example is that granulating mills operate at high speeds when compared to triturating equipment. Yields or productions of granulators tend to be lower in proportion to yields obtained from triturating equipment.
Granulator machines are equipped with a soundproof hopper, different feeding mouths, grilles for material output of up to 2 mm, if necessary.

 

DENSIMETRIC TABLES

Gravimetric separation equipment

We have special equipment available for the separation of materials employing density separation techniques. The gravimetric or densimetric separation tables have a working capacity of between 1 and 15 tonnes of material per hour depending on the type of material to be separated.
These tables are extremely efficient for separating minerals from each other, metallurgic slag, electric cables, wastes produced during the recovery of materials that are valorised from out-of-use automobiles, elimination of impurities, etc.

All equipment is issued with the control panel, ventilator and aspiration system for their optimal performance.
